HGIC collects the information you choose to submit through the request access form: your name, email address, city and country, LinkedIn URL, your primary relationship to HGIC, your described investing experience, your selected areas of interest, what you hope to access, what you would contribute, how you heard about HGIC, any optional message, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the page the request was submitted from and the date of submission.

We do not ask for financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive financial information through this website.

The information is used to review your request, understand fit with the network and its experiences, and contact you about relevant HGIC opportunities, experiences or partnerships. Submitting the form does not guarantee access.

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable from this website and is not published, sold or made available as a public directory. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing requests on behalf of HGIC.

HGIC uses third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. These providers process the information only as needed to deliver those services on our behalf.

Requests are retained for as long as they remain relevant to reviewing your interest and maintaining a record of the network's development. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@hginvestment.club. We will respond within a reasonable period.
